I wanted the market's mood on my home screen without opening anything, so I built it: a minimalist Android app and widget that tracks the CNN Fear & Greed Index in real time, from Extreme Fear to Extreme Greed. Past five thousand downloads now, which still surprises me.

I build my own FPV drones, tune every parameter, crash them and start over. Saturday mornings are for racing. I also fly for the footage: cars, landscapes, anything that looks better from above. This one is a hobby and it has been quiet for a while, but the builds and the crashes are still at @kiteaeroview.

Different jobs, one thread.

Curiosity is the common thread. I have spent twelve years as an environmental inspector in Swedish municipalities, enforcing environmental, health and food law, and for most of that time I have quietly been dragging the job into the present: building e-services, writing AI assistants for the authority I work in, and sitting on the digitalisation and IT councils. I have lectured on what AI can actually do for the profession, at county meetings and for national bodies. It turns out an inspector who can code is a rarer thing than it should be.

By night the same instinct points somewhere else. I build FPV drones from scratch, tune every parameter, crash them and start over. Saturday mornings are for racing, and I would like to fly for the Swedish national team one day. I have been a Nintendo fan since I could hold a controller, and racing drones is where that competitive itch ended up.

Olive Projects is where the software goes. Retail investor since 2017, vibe coder since early 2026, and every product here began as something I wanted to exist and could not find. I build them for myself first, which is the only reason they are still maintained.
